Description:

  1. Greet students & visitors in a positive, friendly manner and perform basic receptionist duties.

  2. Reception duties including: answering basic questions, answer phones, schedule appointments, complete special projects as needed, and direct people to appropriate person or department.

  3. Competent in Microsoft Office Programs, familiar with Adobe programs and comfortable using the Google suite.

  4. Efficient with data entry, filing, web marketing resources, and handling confidential information.

  5. Assist the International Recruitment Team with tasks related to the operations of communicating with students.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English and French or Spanish or Portuguese.

  • Confidential.

  • Friendly and Helpful disposition.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Punctual & Dependable.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

  • Professional & patient demeanor to best serve the student populations.

  • Work well with others.

  • Excellent written grammar skills.

  • General knowledge and interest in SUU’s campus & student services.
